  • Second, during their catalog browsing, your company can use the survey building block to provide answers to many customer questions while also capturing little bits of information.  These little bits of information will personalize their shopping experience on future visits.  
  • Third, the shopping cart building block allows the user to pay with major credit or paypal accounts and signup up for value added services such as the upcoming specials and purchase confirmation.  
  • Fourth, the email reminder building block enhances the previous three by sending emails at any point during operation such as to remind customers of product promotions or product shipping dates. Likewise, your company executives could get an email to their pda or cell phone upon each big purchase on your web site.
